Planning and Design Code Zones

Planning and Design Code (P&D Code) Zones is the primary layer in the P&D Code under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016. P&D Code Zones represent the spatial boundaries that provide guidance for development on 'what' can happen in an area.

The data is updated fortnightly and can be viewed in the South Australian Property and Planning Atlas (SAPPA) or Location SA Map Viewer.
